I started working as customer care executive after
completing intermediate. I got an overall experience of 4
years i learned to work understanding when to give
importance to task, human and hidden factors. I learned
what's great contact standard and i believe that what i have
learned can be applied for the success of the company and
will enable me to enhance my prospectus. What else you need
if you got the opportunity to work with Genpact that too for
Google.
