OOS IS out of specification.If any material or product is
not meeting the predefined specification with respect to
any test is called OOS.

dEVIATION IS THE KNOWN OR PLANNED EVENT.fOR EXAMPLE,IF A
HPLC SYSTEM IS BE TO CALIBRATED ON 30 TH OF JANUARY AS PER
SCHDULE ,BUT NOT PERFORMED DUE TO URGENCY OF SOME WORK,WE
WILL WRITE A DEVIATION ,BY STATING THE REASON ,PROPER
SCIEBNTIFIC JUSTIFICATION AND BY TAKING QA APPROVAL,YOU CAN
PERFORM THE SAME CALIBRATION AFTER ONE DAY OR SOME THING.
