Connection: The phase connnected to the one terminal of the choke and getting series connection from another terminal of chocke..choke's output connected to any one of the lamp holder's first terminal and get series connection from another terminal of that holder..then the starter connected series with first holder's output and second holder's any one of the terminal..after that neutral is connected to free end of 2nd holder..
Working:
choke is used to get high voltage for produce electron between filaments and mercury combination..at the time starter working as a switch..when the light illuminates then the starter disconnected due to inefficient voltage..(at the time flourescent acting as a starter)

how to find 5 kilo meter long under ground 33 kv cable fault location if IR VALUE shows 0.05 M ohm @5000 volt.and cable fault locator shows some time fault distance 3 kilo meter ,3.7 kilo meter and some time 1 kilo meter? now how to find the fault location that where is leakage. note--it is tested with 5000 kv megger and insulation resistance is 0.05 M ohm. and some time 0.03 M ohm comes.
