we will get tickets from the end user for sure,we can solve
them by using ticketing tool,like remedy,citrus,lotus,sap
sol manager and many other ticketing tools depending upon
the company (client)tickets will be coming depending upon
the consultants experience and the expertise. depending upon
the severity the tickets will be solved
