You are a software engineer.And your first project in our
company is to design a submarine engine(about which you
donot know about anything).Your team members were nothing

As the rest of my team members are 3rd standard, it means I am offered as Project Leader. Then I will take guidance from seniors and complete the project with support of my teammates. they will strictly follow what I ask them to do, so there will be no delay.
