How to prepare ppm solution of Nacl form its salt?
Answer Posted / malik
500 ppm = 500 mg/1 Liter Na .
let us prepare 2 liter so ,
500 * 2 = 1000 mg Na = 0.1 g Na.
wt of NaCl = Wt of Na (M.Wt of NaCl / M.Wt of Na)=
= 0.1 (58.5/23) = 0.25 g .
