User unable to login in server then how can u troubleshooting it? Example: server at Bangalore. in that server two users try to login in server from other place. 1st user able to login. but second user unable to login so how can troubleshoot it ?

reason 1: check for user name and password one.
reason 2: check the default shell for the Uer2,/bin/bash
or else in /etc/passwd file.
reason3: the User may be restricted from the remote host
login. its not possible form the client remote machine.
reson 4 : its problem with the /etc/shadow file, in the
active field.
