This factoring calculation is happing for /801 which is
Difference between the working time for the current period
and the average working time. Here PWS method is
used.
RTE=TKSOLL
Planned work in
hours
RTE-TSAU** Minus unpaid
absences
RTE*KGENAU Multiplied by
factor
RTE/TKDIVI Divided by total working
time
Hence, PWS Method PWS planned working time –
unpaid absences
Projected
Period working time according to PWS
WPBP is change in basic pay midway through the payroll
period.
E.g.
Table IT before factoring
Partial period
factor
M020 01 3000
Partial period 01 = ~0.5
M020 02
3500 Partial
period 02 = ~0.5
Multiplied by partial period factor
Table IT after factoring
M020 01 1,500
M020 02 1,750
