from Give data its clear dat 20*2=40 , 40*2=80, 80*2=160 which means 4 evry hour water quantity is getting doubled
therfore at 13th hour tank is 1/16 th filled
at 14th hour its 1/16*2=1/8 filled
at 15th hour its 1/8*2=1/4 filled
at 16th hour its 1/4*2=1/2 filled
at 17th hour its 1/2*2=1 so.....completely filled
ans is 17
