what's the difference between 293FT and 293T?
Answer Posted / behshad
The 293T cell line contains the SV40 large Tantigen, which allows the episomal replication of transfected plasmids containing the SV40 origin of replication, and 293FT cells are a fast-growing variant.
REF:
293FT cells transduced with four transcription factors (OCT4, SOX2,
NANOG, and LIN28) generate aberrant ES-like cells
