hrinkage means no of agents not present but
rostered/Agents rostered*100
Example: Team Strength is 20
Agents Present:18
Apsent Agents :2
Shrinkage=2/20*100
i.e-10%
Attrition:
Agents left/(Opening Headcount+Closing Headcount)/2*100
