hi guys i am very new to this field and very interstingly
to the diff betwn progmr and developer i typed in google
serach from which i observed the below key diff between
progmer and developer.
Progmer is the one who preparing the fabrics and the
developer is doing design, shape , colour, cutting editing
work according to the customer perference. but the
developer must know which fabric type then only he han do
shaping , cutting and coulouring work. I hope i deliver the
better clarificaiton

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
