fundamental rights guarantee the civil and political rights of the citizen that assure the dignified life of the citizen while directive principles agree for the assurance of the socio-economic life which may or mayn't be fulfilled by the state that depends on the availability of the resources.therefore,fundamental rights can be regarded as basic needs for human survival while directive principles are the additional needs.
