Genpact is international Bpo Compamy ..... it is a important to a equip our employees with right tools and skills in order to faccilate continuous improvement and i wish to work in a good company ..... i can grow and since this company too is a good one i choose to come here ,,,, i can sure i can make a goos career here .......
