No we cannot conclude that they are identical.Because we
cannot call two liquid identical basis on their physical
property such as boiling point. It would however show that
they have somewhat similar structures. Still they would
have differences that would prevent us from calling them
identical.
We call two subtances identical if they have similar
chemical properties and physical properties too.
