cellulase plate assay is similar to other assay. assay medium consisting of CMC-Na plus agar is prepared and after sterlization .it is poured in to the plate.aster soldification wells are cut. one zone is left as control to the rest the enzyme is added say 100 micro liter left for incubation. aftr 24hrs the zone formation is checked by adding congored.
