Dear friends I cleared CGL 2010 with 554 (482+72) marks.
But unfortunately I gave my first preference Divisional
Accountant insted of IT inspector. So I got selected as DA
only. I am very disappointed, can anybody suggest reg my
course of action - whether to join or try for next year
exam? DA are posted at divisional level at State pwd
offices, can we have any departmental exams, other than our
regular promotions, in south india any vacancies through
CGL 2010

HELLO FRIEND,I WONDER WHY DIDN'T U OPT FOR INCOME TAX WHEN
U WERE ABLE TO SCORE HIGH.PERHAPS U WERE NOT AWARE
REGARDING POSTS BUT U SHOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH THE NOTICE.
DIV.ACTT IS THE BEST POST IN SCHEME B.
I.T.I IS THE BEST POST IN SCHEME A.
DON'T MAKE UP YOUR MIND WITH MY STATEMENT ONLY MAXIMUM
TOPPERS OPT I.T.I AS THIS POST HAS BETTER PROMOTIONAL
CHANCES AND REPUTATION IN COMPARISON TO OTHER POSTS.IF YOU
STILL WANT SOME CLARIFICATION REGARDING POSTS READ NOTICE
OF C.G.L 2008.
D.A IS NOT A BAD POST BUT I FIND IT LESS ATTRACTIVE WHEN I
LOOK AT THE POSTS LIKE I.T.T ,EXAMINER, PREV. OFFI & I.C.E.
NOW FORGET WHAT U HAVE DONE BECAUSE THAT CAN'T BE CHANGED
AND JOIN AS D.A IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED OR WORKING UP TO 5000
SCALE IN OLD PAY COMMISSION . STICK TO YOUR STUDIES AND TRY
