Need- Team Leader
Project -Designing a Submarine engine
For example,If this is the scenario, and that moment of time
my priority is going for growth in the career,then i will
accept as Project Manager, If I need an opportunity then i
go for Team Leader,
Only the perks/benefits and the work will change accordingly
though my designation is still a SW.
For HR- the candidate will be a Team Leader
For project- a manager
For Engineering-Design- team member.
Acceptance depends on the one's priorities set for themselves.
