Side of rhombus is 5cm and sum of lengths of diagonals is
12cm. what is the area of rhombus?

diagonals=d1,d2
area,A=1/2(d1d2)
a^2=(d1^2+d2^2)/4=25
d1+d2=12
on squaring the above equation, we get
d1^2+d2^2+2(d1d2)=144
100+2(2A)=144
4A=44
A=11
area=11
