1. Must know what is required and what is the solution and
must be having good technical knowledge.
2. Take prior approval from senior in case any cange /
modification is reuired.
3. Prepare effort estimation sheet / planning foro
completing the task. Keep intimating changes / modification
to higher management and client.

4. Keep generating the progress report to meet the dead
lines.
5. Should be good motivator to their team members.
