What is the difference between initialization & encapsulation
in VXVM?

in VXVM we can bring the data in two ways if it is new disk
we Initialize it or if the disk has data we Encapsulate it.
In solaris the data disk contains 7 slices then we
Encapsulate it in to the VXVM. It changed like every slice
in solaris as volumes.
