a backroungd job is running...it should have finished in
30min but it is runing for long one day...if you check the
process in sm50 it is running and if you check the pid in
task manager it is running....it is not hanged and job log
does not have error...what will you do to troubleshoot it
and how will you convince the particular job owner for

Hi,
To overview job status one can see the process in SM66
which gives an over view of global work process which
provides information of the all jobs running globally if th
status of job is still running then check for another job
which is scheduled at same interval of time if there is any
scheduled job at same instance of time then the job status
will show as running so you can ask job owner to make use
of SMX T code which gives the status of scheduled job and
can cancel the job and rerun at a specified interval of
time.
