i think that isoletor is off load device and circuit
breaker is on load device.we can operate isoletor manually
only but circuit breaker is automatically operate when it
is desire.
first of all circuit breaker is disconnect the circuit and
isoter is isolate the circuit after we manually maintain
the power system where fault is present.
