how i can enter into cics region in real time.

It depends on each project.In my project, once i open the
3276 window, i login with my mainframe user id and password
and i get various options to enter various regions like
test region, acceptance region, production region. Then
test /acceptance/production CICS region and go the main
menu of the project.
