DUE TO HYDROGEN BONDING, ALL THE HYDROGENS ARE BONDED
WEAKLY WITH THE NEIGHBOURING HYDROGEN... SO THERE IS NO
FREE HYDROGEN ATOM TO BECOME AN ACID,DUE TO HIGHER
OXIDATION STATE OF CHROMIUM,IT IS NOT EASY TO GIVE HYDROXYL
IONS FOR BEHAVING AS BASE... SO ONLY CHROMIUM HYDROXIDE ACT
AS AMPHOTERIC
