The ratio of the present ages of Suman and Renu is 5 : 7
respectively. Four years hence the ratio will become 3 : 4

let the ratio of ages of suman and renu be 5x/7x
after four years
their ratio of ages is (5x+4)/(7x+4)=3/7
on solving the equation 20x+16=21x+12
we get x=4
on substitution in 7x
we get renu's present age as
28 years
