Ticket Means the issue that can be raised by any one from
different department.
Example: If At the time of doing transaction, I face any
problem which is beyond my limits to resolve, I will raise
ticket.
Ticket may be internally raised through solman (Consultant
of Company) , or Ticket raised by Co. to SAP (If
Critical,Impact Business Badly) The Request Generated and
Priority decided according to the Business Impact.
Very High, High, Mediam, Normal
