Normal Phase:- In normal phase stationary bed is strongly
polar in nature & mobile phase is non polar in nature(i.e.
n-haxene,IPA)
Reverse Phase:- In reverse phase stationary bed is nonpolar
in nature & mobile phase is polar in nature
(i.e. H2O+ACN,H2O+MeOH).
