at header level there are some criteria for spliting the
billing documents like :-
1:-Diff billing date
2:- Diff Tax structure ( Material / Bill to Party)
3:- Diff bill to party
in Item level:-
1:- Diff shipping point
2:- Non availability of complete material on delivery date
