Disodium tartarate is very soluble in methanol and gives
very accurate results.Dst molicular formula is
C4H4Na2O6.2H2O.
This molicular weight is 230.06.
Water content of DST is 15.66.
Calculation:In DST two water molicules are there=2*18=36
=(36/230.06*100)
