I have two different condition type pr01 and pr00.For pr01
I gave 50 rs and pr00 I gave 100 rs and discount. How u
maintain these condtion type and how system will take the
price between these two condition types.

I guess the question is how the system will take prices from PR00 and PR01 if both are maintained.
For pricing condition type it will check the validity periods and compare it with the order date,.
If the validity periods clash, and there is no 'exclusive group' maintained it will take the PR00 price and will also show an error.
If exclusive group is maintained it will take either of the two conditions as (min or max as per setings)
