Selection of buffer pH is depend on the pKa Value of
compound as you say the nature of compound is acidic so i
will prefer the acidic buffer near pH about +-1 of pKa value
of analyte and the buffer with acidic pH range i prefer
phospahte buffer because it is depend the buffer pKa also.
