If we removed spleen from the body,what happens?is there any
disturbance to immune system?

if you remove spleen from your body , there will be no site
to degrade hemoglobin ,and in some cases if bone marrow is
not working spleen may take over the function of bone
marrow.so if it is removed there will be definite loss of
immune functions.
