BO Webi report in running fine in Dev but takes a long time
to run in Production environment, how to reduce this
processing time.

It purely depends on the envi. in which you are running the
report.
1)DEV may have few records used for dev. and testing
purpose,where as Prod will have more data in real time
scenario.
2)Also make sure that u have exported all indexes
(Clustered,non-clustered) from DEV to Prod.
3)Also if concurrent users running the same instance then
the performance mioght be slow...
