Hi,

Elemetnts are nothing but the Components of the Salary
i.e., Basic, TA, DA, HR, Loan etc.,

First we need to define the elements whether the element is
Earning or Deduction and recurring or non recurring. Based
on this the salary will generate. For Example Loan is the
deduction element. That loan amount will deduct in our
salary and the remaining salary we can see in SOE report.

Not for payroll only. For leaves also we need to define the
elements like Sick leave, Annual leave etc.,
