Column selection is the most important part of your HPLC
method development
1 Choose the column according to the your column polarity
and pH range of buffer.
2 Mobile phase composition and what solvent you are used is
also depends
3 Carbon loading and surface area and micron size is also
depends if you are using more buffer concentraion (Aques)
for that hydro columns are also available
over all it depends on your compound and its polarity
