**solaris 10 has introduced new features such as
1) Zones
2) Dtrace
3) ZFS
4) Smf
This given features are not availables in solaris 9.

Solaris 9 support up 1 TB file system,where as Solaris 10 support more than 1 TB.
Solaris 9 default supports NFS version-3, Solaris 10 supports NFS version-4
