I am Harish.I am going to write ssc CGLE tier 1 on
MAY 16th.I have some doubts on the question pattern.Could
you tell me what are the type of questions will be for
numerical ability in tier 1.I want to know the what are the
topics will be asked.Bcoz i read in the instructions that
it would be in 10th and 12th
level.But some say that we have to study rs agarwal books
quantitative aptitude.SO im quite confused.Could u assist
me? Thank You..

Hi Friend,
The ssc has changed its pattern for CGL Exam from
this year. As per my advise, R S Aggarwal Arithmetic
(objective) will b sufficient for the preparation for
maths. Try to solve Arithmetic paper of Tax Assistant 2009
bcz it was also objective from this yr. Buy a set of
previous yrs solved paper of CGL Exam (Pre Exam). It will b
also helpful to u bcz earlier its Pre Exam had 100
questions of objective arithmetic.
U can leave the following Topics in R S Aggarwal -
(Races, Clock, Stock and Shares, True Discount, Banker's
Discount.)

ssc cgl2012 i got 62.50 marks in tier1 and my name is in list TA only minimum cutoff for the SC cate. candidates is 62.50 but in tier2 i got 142 marks in maths and 104.50 marks in english but unfortunately yet my name is in list4 TA only and i calling for DEST at delhi on 26th nov. and i did but i was little bit worried about my typing test if i will not pass typing test then i got any post even i secured much marks? I m belong to SC category. Pls anybody knows tell me what can be done? cutoff marks for the interview post for the SC candidates is 284, and for TA is 236 and for the non- interview post which i was choose 1st preference is 254. pls tell me if anybody knows
