when a body is vibrated with some periodic force,if the
natural frequency of that body coincides with the frequency
of the periodic force applied on it, with maximum amplitude
it is known as resonance......there are many types of
resonance-optical, electrical,mechanical,etc............

i have total 8 dg sets for synchronizing and 2 buscoupler,1 sectoin dg no 1,2,3,and 2 sectoin dg no 4,5,6,and last section dg no 7,8 ....if buscupler no 1 and 2 is off mode ..than dg no 1,2,3,will synchroniz of another dg sets?

at work we have a 3 phase motor but on testing one phase isnt getting a reading. it runs 24 hours a day all week. stops and starts well no noise or heating. the phase isnt down to earth.is it just a bad meter reading or not? phases one and three came up with a resistance reading of 0.4 but phase 2 couldnt get anything shows up as open circuit.
