Milk turns sour by an acid called Lactic Acid. Lactic acid
is a non-harmful bacteria so in warm conditions it
reproduces. There are two different types of bacteria in
lactic acid. One with a sweet taste and the other with a
sour. This is why we are supposed to keep milk in fridges,
because the sweet taste works more efficiently in colder
conditions. Even though it still spoils in the fridge it’s
because the two ‘fight’ causing the sour to overpower at
some point and time. The bacteria, once in power has
chemicals which causes the change in the milk.
