PDA MEANS PHOTO DIODE ARRAY DETECTOR WHICH IS USED TO FIND
THE RETENTION TIME OF THE PEAK AT MULTIPLE WAVELENTH i.e at
DIFFERENT NANOMETERS IN HPLC INSTRUMENT.

FOR EXAMPLE CAFFINE
WAVELENTH CAN BE DETECTED MAXIMA AT 205, MINIMA AT 245, AND
MAXIMA AT 273 nm AT ONE SINGLE INJECTION/CHROMATOGRAM WHICH
WILL SCAN THE CHROMATOGRAM AT SPECIFIED RANGE.
