1. Always remember that customer is important and ensure to
get correct requirement from customer.
2. Have a formal process established to meet the customer
requirement.
3. Align the skilled resources as per the competancy to
complete the requirements withing a defined time.
4. Always keep the customer informed for any
changes/updates or on the progress of project.
