Formula :
No. of persons not turned to the shift but rostered
----------------------------------------------------X100
No. of persons rostered for the shift
Attrition means number resignation from the team
Formula:
No. of persons resigned from team
------------------------------------------- X 100
Actual number of persons and new joinees
