I don't know in what way the selection is done!
Your records are good.Consistent in 80 percentage.
People said in these discussion forums that they will
select those persons who consistently performed in the
studies and scored 80 plus.

I have been selected for the interview of technical officer(Civil Engg.) in Syndicate bank. For what kind of interview questions should I prepare and what should be my approach for the interview? Would they ask about banking technical too as I am being selected for the post being specialised in Civil Engg.?
