Call center:
Call center which is a place either making outgoing calls (outbound) or handling incoming calls (Inbound). Tele marketing is one example for outbound and airtel, vodafone... are example for inbound calls where a customer make a call and service rep is responsible to handle it.
BPO:
BPO is a big organisation than a Call Center. A Business process outsourcing is responsible for hiring a part department of another business organisation; outsourcing is done to save costs or gain productivity...
