Structure of pellagra preventive factor is niacin,C6H5O2N
OR NIACINAMIDE C6H6ON2.
Its function is a constituent in two pyrimidine nucletide
coenzymes,nad and nadp.
Its deficiency causes pellagra in man and black tongue in
dogs.
