DISTANCE BETWEEN DELHI STATION AND OVERTAKE POINT=DISTANCE
COVERED BY FREIGHT TRAIN=16*4=64KM
TIME TAKEN BY FREIGHT TRAIN=4+2=6HRS
AVG.SPEED=64/6=10.66K/HR
