A principal difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic
DNA replication is
a) completely different proteins/enzymes in eukaryotes
b) multiple origins in eukaryotes
c) no requirement for topoisomerase activity in prokaryotes
d) the absence of a nucleus in prokaryotes
