training is a fast process where the employee need to learn
immediately to carry on the work which mostly includes the
technical and mechanical knowledge....
where as development includes slow process where the
employee need to develop conceptual knowledge, skills,
decision making etc. It also includes monitoring over the
training....
Training is a single step of development process..
