You might have heard the term: RICE (Reports, Interface,
Customization and Extensions). The latest addition to this
is FRICE with Forms added to the list.
Basically, as others have pointed Customization involes
modifying the existing functionality. In other words, If
you customize, Oracle will not support it.

hi, I am Rajesh, i have total 13+ yrs of Exp in IT(Oracle,PL/sql,Developer,Discovere etc) Field,along with Exp in Operation,Manufacturing,Logistics & HRMS.
